dont be a hypocrite.
dole outs on the other side without helping first your people is not a charitable deed (its tax exemption but you prefer to call it csr). take care of your people first and it will be resonated by your people (they will voluntarily give back to community. in other ways they really SHOULD). - if you do the former it would just create a ripple, if you help the closest beside you, a tsunami.
